Barra de la Cruz could easily be one of the best waves this planet has to offer. The Mexicans surfed it for a long time before Rip Curl organized a Would Tour Stop there in 2006 and brought it to every surfers “to go” list.

My first time in Barra was early 2011, and it was quiet something! I went back a couple of times, surfed it during different months, with various swells, and all kind of sandbars.

But enough talking, this is a photo blog after all…
